About me

My name is Rineta, I am a Science teacher and a certified holistic Psychoeducator, based in Greece. 

I have been working as a Science - and later as a Montessori - teacher since 2015. 

I hold a B.Sc in Physics and I am a certified Montessori teacher,  a Children's Mindfulness and Mediation Instructor and a trauma-informed teacher. 

I am also specialized in Mathematics Anxiety and an accredited member of International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance (IMMA).

I provide sessions both in Greek and English.
